No physical items are shipped.

2. No Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

This policy is in place because digital products cannot be physically returned or revoked after download.

  • You did not receive the download file due to a technical issue

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible and cannot be resolved
